For March 2026, Donna Lewis, Health Information Specialist, has been selected as Employee of the Month.
Since joining Fairfield Memorial Hospital in December 2022, Donna has earned a reputation as a dependable and dedicated team member who consistently goes above and beyond for patients and coworkers alike. In her role, Donna is crucial in maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible health information. She is always willing to lend a hand—whether it’s helping staff navigate records, answering questions, or ensuring that behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence play a significant part in the hospital’s overall success.
Donna’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and readiness to help others have not gone unnoticed. She greets each day with professionalism and a willingness to serve, making her a highly valued member of the FMH team and a deserving recipient of this recognition.
