Wayne County Circuit Court saw two defendants enter guilty pleas on Tuesday before Judge Denton Aud.
Evan Nettleton, 23, of Fairfield, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Felony. Nettleton was sentenced to 2 years of probation and ordered to pay court costs. Per a plea agreement, two additional counts in his case were dismissed.
Derek S. Thomason, 33, of Fairfield, pled guilty to Reckless Driving, a Class A Misdemeanor. Thomason received a sentence of 2 years probation and was credited for 4 days previously served in the Wayne County Jail. As part of his plea agreement, two counts in one case were dismissed, and one additional case was also dismissed.
