Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 41-year-old Cody Lee Massie of Geff on Monday evening on a Wayne County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Violation of Stayed Sentence.
Massie was transported and lodged in the Wayne County Jail, where he will serve 90 days due to violating the terms of the stayed sentence. He will receive 12 days credit for time already served.
