HIGH SCHOOL TRACK:
The FCHS Mules Boys Track team was in action Friday at the Olney Tiger Invitational Meet that was held at Newton High School. The Mules finished 6th out of 16 teams. Notable performances for the Mules were: Justin Johnson – 5th in 100m, 2nd in 400m, and 2nd in Triple Jump; Skylar Bladel – 4th in 800m; Braxton Galiher – 5th on 110m Hurdles; Jayden Wilson – 8th in Shot Put; Aiden King – 9th in Discus; and Cayson Webb – 3rd in High Jump.
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS TENNIS:
On Thursday, the FCHS Mules Boys Tennis team hosted Newton at the Lakeside Tennis Courts. The Mules fell to Newton 8-1 with their lone win coming from a Singles victory by Nick Munoz.
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASEBALL:
Wayne City 4, Red Hill 1
Wayne City was led by Dawson Wood who went 2-3 with a Stolen Base and Bryson Caudle who went 1-3 with a Double. Eli Gardner picked up the win for the Indians, going 7 innings giving up 1 run on 4 hits with 10 strikeouts.
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SOFTBALL:
Wayne City 8, Red Hill 5
Wayne City was led by Aspen Legg who went 4-4 with a Double and 2 RBI’s; Alayna White who went 3-4 with 2 Doubles and 2 RBI’s; and Kenzie Seidel who went 2-4 with a Triple, a Double and an RBI. Aspen Legg picked up the win for the Lady Indians, going 7 innings, giving up 5 runs on 10 hits with 4 strikeouts.
