Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric St. Ledger has filed felony charges against five individuals in the past week, with offenses ranging from burglary to methamphetamine-related crimes.
Daniel K. Miller, 44, of Browns, has been charged with possession of less than five grams of meth, also a Class-3 felony. He is ordered to make his first court appearance on May 4th.
Brandy Goodman, 44, of Grayville, has been charged with a Class-X felony for methamphetamine delivery, as well as Class-1 felonies for possession of more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams of meth and delivery of less than 15 grams of meth.
Stephanie G. Johnson, 40, of Browns, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class-4 felony. Her first court appearance is also set for May 4th.
Dennis M. Bailey, 37, of Browns, is facing a Class-3 felony charge for possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine. His first appearance in Edwards County Circuit Court is scheduled for April 24th.
Christopher C. Jones, 42, of Grayville, faces a Class-2 felony charge of burglary and a Class-3 felony charge of theft of property valued over $500 but less than $10,000.
Court proceedings for the defendants are scheduled over the coming weeks in Edwards County Circuit Court.
