The Fairfield Lions Club recognized an outstanding student and educators during its annual Star Student Awards Ceremony held Tuesday night at the Community of Christ Church on Windsor Lane in Fairfield.
Grady Simpson was named Lions Star Student, highlighting his academic achievements and leadership.
Katie White received the Lions High School Teacher of the Year award, while Britany Pope was honored as Lions Grade School Teacher of the Year.
Michelle Richards was recognized as Lions Educator of the Year for her contributions to education and commitment to students.
The annual ceremony celebrates excellence in education and the positive impact local educators and students have on the Fairfield community.
