LOCAL 4-H MEMBERS EARN TOP HONORS AT STATE PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST

The University of Illinois Extension serving Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, and Wayne counties is recognizing local 4-H members for their success at the recent 2026 State 4-H Public Speaking Contest.

Kenleigh and Silas Keyser earned Reserve Champion honors, placing second in the oral interpretation (teams) division.

Charles and Shailey Roush were named Champions, taking first place in the original works (teams) division.

Extension officials congratulated the participants for their strong performances and representation at the state level.
