

The Wayne County Farm Bureau Foundation has announced the recipients of its 2026 collegiate scholarships, recognizing local students pursuing careers in agriculture.
Alayna White of Wayne City has been awarded a $2,000 scholarship. A graduating senior at Wayne City High School, White plans to attend Rend Lake College, where she will study agricultural business and accounting.
Andrew Milligan of Cisne also received a $2,000 scholarship. Milligan, a 2023 graduate of Cisne High School, is currently studying agricultural systems and education at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
The Wayne County Farm Bureau Foundation was established in 2004 to support the future of agriculture by investing in youth. Funds raised through the foundation help provide Ag in the Classroom programming in Wayne County, along with annual collegiate scholarships for area students.
