A two-day Food Sanitation & Safety Training course geared toward restaurant managers, food handlers, and hospitality professionals will be offered on May 29th and June 5th at the Frontier Community College Workforce Development building, Room 32.
The class, led by instructor Lisa Shook, prepares participants for an industry-recognized certification exam. Sessions run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both days.
