Federal officials have announced a recall involving two frozen pizza products sold at Walmart due to possible salmonella contamination.
The recall includes Great Value Stuffed Crust Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and Great Value Thin and Crispy Crust Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service said the products may be linked to a potential salmonella outbreak involving meat and poultry items produced with previously recalled dry milk powder.
Officials reported that no illnesses had been confirmed as of Monday. Consumers who purchased the pizzas are advised to throw them away or return them to Walmart for a refund.
