The Edwards County Commissioners will meet Monday, May 11th at the Edwards County Courthouse beginning at 9 a.m. Items on the agenda include approval of minutes from previous meetings, reports from county departments and agencies, discussion of health insurance options, and updates involving several infrastructure and solar energy projects.
The commissioners are expected to hear from Sheriff Darby Boewe, the County Health Office, the Edwards County Medical Association, and representatives connected to the Ecoplexus Albion Solar Project. Road and bridge matters are also scheduled for discussion, including agreements related to the Road District 5 bridge over Indian Creek and a road use agreement tied to the solar project. The meeting agenda also includes an executive session, correspondence and discussion and approval of claims presented for payment.
