HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASEBALL:

Fairfield 10, Eldorado 1

Fairfield was led by Jesse King who went 2-4 with a Double and Landon Smith who went 1-1 with 2 RBI’s. Boston Isaacs picked up the win for the Mules, going 5 innings, giving up 1 run on 3 hits with 3 strikeouts

 

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SOFTBALL:

Newton 7, Fairfield 5

Fairfield was led by Kenry Hutchcraft who went 3-4 with a Double and 2 RBI’s and Addy King who went 2-3 with an RBI. Hutchcraft also took the loss for the Lady Mules, going 4 innings, giving up 6 runs on 4 hits with 2 strikeouts

 

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS TRACK:

DUQUOIN CLASSIC:

The Fairfield Mules Boys Track was in action Friday at the DuQuoin Classic and took 4th overall at the event. Notable performances for the Mules were: Cayson Webb – 1st in the High Jump, Webb set a new FCHS school record in the High Jump with a height of 6 ft. 6.25 in. The Mules 4x400m Relay team of Skylar Bladel, Treyton Lewis, Kanyon Lingafelter, and Justin Johnson finished 2nd.
