Fairfield Memorial Hospital has announced that free back-to-school and sports physicals are now available at all Horizon Healthcare clinic locations for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Hospital officials say the program is designed to help families prepare students for the upcoming school year and sports seasons without out-of-pocket costs.
Physicals are available at the following clinics:
Horizon Healthcare Fairfield Medical Clinic
Horizon Healthcare Cisne Medical Clinic
Horizon Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic
Walk-ins are welcome at all locations, though appointments may also be scheduled.
