The North Wayne Community Unit School District #200 Board of Education held a special meeting Friday afternoon at 5:15pm at the Cisne Middle School.
After the initial call to order and roll call, the board entered executive session to discuss personnel matters.
Upon returning to open session, the board approved the following hires for the 2026-27 school year at Mt. Erie Elementary:
Libby Pearson as First Grade Teacher
Ashley Shreve as Special Education Teacher
