Two men received sentences in Wayne County Circuit Court on Tuesday after pleading guilty in separate cases.
Christopher Prather of Clay City pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He was sentenced to one year of Conditional Discharge and ordered to pay court costs. Prather was also sentenced to serve 5 days in the Wayne County Jail. As part of his plea agreement, one additional case against him was dismissed.
Andrew A. Parker, 22, of Fairfield pled guilty to Domestic Battery, which is classified as a Class A misdemeanor. Parker was sentenced to one year of Conditional Discharge and must pay court costs. He was also given credit for 2 days already served in the Wayne County Jail.
