The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of 23-year-old Odessa Staley of Carbon Hill, Alabama, on Thursday night. Staley was taken into custody on a Wayne County warrant for theft.
Following her arrest, Staley was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where she is being held pending a court appearance.
