Fairfield National Bank held its annual meeting last week and re-elected three members to new terms on the board of directors.
Re-elected to the board were Joey Hungerford, president and CEO of the bank, along with Matthew Rush and Terrence Wilkerson.
Current holdover directors include Neal Laws Jr., a Fairfield attorney; L. Bryan Williams of CSI Insurance; Diane Robinson; Jarod Weaver; Sheila Kinney; and Josh Vaughan.
The board will continue overseeing operations and future planning for the financial institution.
