The Edwards County Republicans will host a public meet-and-greet event featuring Illinois U.S. Senate candidate Don Tracy on Thursday, May 28, in Albion.
The event will be held from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at 19 W. Main St. in Albion and is open to all voters at no cost.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Tracy in person, ask questions, and hear his vision for the future of Illinois and the nation. According to organizers, Tracy will discuss priorities including lower taxes, safer communities, stronger border security, support for farmers, veterans, and small businesses, and the protection of constitutional freedoms.
Born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, Tracy is a Springfield businessman and conservative leader who is campaigning for a seat in the United States Senate.
Event organizers say the gathering is intended to encourage open conversation between voters and the candidate about issues affecting Illinois families.
