Bryce N. Tackitt, 22, of Flora, was arrested Monday, May 18, following a sexual assault investigation conducted by local law enforcement agencies.
According to authorities, a Flora Police Department officer arrested Tackitt at approximately 2:19 p.m. Monday on a charge of criminal sexual assault.
The arrest followed a joint investigation involving the Flora Police Department and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Phil Givens.
Following his arrest, Tackitt was transported to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, where he remained in custody pending a court appearance.
