The Grayville community is coming together to support Seth Schonaman after he lost his home and all of his belongings in a recent house fire.
A special tip fundraiser will be held Monday, June 1, at The Flower Shop at the Four Way in Grayville, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
Friends, neighbors, and residents are encouraged to attend in support of Schonaman, who is described by organizers as a dedicated firefighter, council member, warehouse supervisor, and basketball coach. Organizers said, “It’s our turn to show up for him,” noting his ongoing commitment to the community.
The event will feature barbecue service, with all tips and proceeds going directly toward helping Schonaman and his family recover after the loss.
Attendees are invited to dine in or carry out. Organizers are encouraging widespread community participation, stating, “Every tip makes a difference.”
