




The Clay County Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants in the Clay City area Monday as part of ongoing investigations, resulting in five arrests and the recovery of multiple stolen vehicles and counterfeit money.
The first search warrant was served at approximately 12:03 p.m. at a property on Tower Road in Clay City Township. Jesse C. Harvel, 30, of Clay City, was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Ammunition by a Felon. Jade A. Fatheree, 25, of Clay City, was also arrested on a Clay County Contempt Warrant (No Bond) related to an original charge of Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Both individuals were transported to the Clay County Jail.
The second search warrant was served at approximately 6:38 p.m. at a property on Clark Avenue in Clay City. Authorities arrested Cody A. Turner, 37, of Clay City, Savahnnah C. Dulaney, 26, of Clay City, and Bradley W. Beaulieu, 61, of Olney. Turner faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Forgery, and Possession of Unassigned Title(s). Dulaney and Beaulieu were both arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine. All three were transported to the Clay County Jail.
In total, seven individuals were taken into custody during the operations, with two later released. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Flora Police Department, Salem Police Department, and Clay County State’s Attorney Phillip Givens.
