41-year-old Jonathan R. Attebury of Grayville has been formally charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony, in Edwards County. The charges were filed Tuesday by Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric St. Ledger.
Attebury remains free under pretrial conditions. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21st in Edwards County Circuit Court. If convicted, Attebury could face up to seven years in prison.
