A Carmi man was arrested Thursday morning by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on a Wayne County warrant.
According to authorities, Tracy Howard Bergman, 45, of Carmi, was taken into custody on a charge of Violation of Pre-Trial Release related to an underlying offense of Unlawful Use of an Electronic Tracking Device.
Bergman was lodged in the Wayne County Jail where he made a court appearance Friday.
