Hot and humid conditions are forecast to continue in the area. According to the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, a “Heat Advisory” is in effect portions of the area through Thursday, with heat index values over 105 possible. The National Weather Service says scattered thunderstorms are also forecast to continue. They say another cool front will bring showers and storms with a risk for heavy rain and strong thunderstorms once again Thursday night into Friday.
