A preliminary hearing date was set for Stacey Robbins yesterday in Wayne County Circuit Court. According to court documents, in April of this year, a 2-count criminal complaint was filed against Robbins for allegedly taking proceeds fraudulently for cancer treatments. In the allegations filed by Assistant Prosecutor, James Hanson, criminal complaints say that Robbins’ fraudulent actions caused members of the community to open a GoFundMe and have various fundraisers for her inside and outside of the school. The case was set for a Preliminary Hearing on July 28, 2026, at 1:30 pm.
