TWO LOCAL RESIDENTS RECEIVE SENTENCES FOR UNLAWFUL SALE OF LIQUOR TO A MINOR

Two local Fairfield residents received their sentences on Thursday in Wayne Court Circuit Court for Unlawful Sale of Liquor to a Minor.  Kristy Churchwell and Tyler Moyer, both pled guilty to the Class A Misdemeanor charges and were each sentenced to 12 months of Court Supervision and each was ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $789.00
