Area residents are invited to beat the heat with a weekend of free swimming at the Fairfield Swimming Pool, thanks to the generosity of several local sponsors.
The free swim events kick off on Friday, June 19th, from 1 to 5 p.m., courtesy of First Christian Church. On Saturday, June 20th, with Vaughan’s Diesel Repair sponsoring another free swim from 1 to 5 p.m. The weekend wraps up with a special Father’s Day free swim on Sunday, June 21st, sponsored by Jason, Urijah, and Meadow Tipps, also from 1 to 5 p.m.
Organizers express their gratitude to all sponsors for providing families and individuals with a chance to enjoy the pool at no cost.
