A Rinard man has been sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge.
50-year-old Arnold Campbell pleaded guilty Tuesday to Criminal Trespass to Vehicles, a Class A misdemeanor.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, Campbell was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs. He also received a 90-day Wayne County Jail sentence that was stayed and would only be imposed if he violates the conditions of his sentence.
As part of the plea agreement, an additional count filed in the case was dismissed.
