A Grayville man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges following an investigation by the Grayville City Police Department.
Forty-one-year-old Jonathan R. Attebury has been charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony, along with Class A misdemeanor counts of theft and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
Authorities served a warrant on Attebury on June 16th.
According to court records, Attebury was released with pretrial conditions and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 21st in Edwards County Circuit Court.
