
Fairfield Memorial Hospital, in partnership with Horizon Healthcare, will offer school and sports physicals at no cost. Horizon Healthcare providers throughout the region this summer. These physicals offer families the opportunity to obtain required school and sports physicals at no out-of-pocket cost. Horizon Healthcare providers will visit scheduled schools and communities across southern Illinois to conduct the physicals.
The remaining scheduled times include:
Wayne City – July 17th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Jasper – July 7th from Noon to 5 p.m.
Edwards County -July 8th from 9 a.m. to 3p.m.
Geff- July 9th from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Northside/Center Street – July 14th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Fairfield Community High School – July 22nd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (two providers will be available)
New Hope – July 27th from Noon to 6 p.m.
Clay City – July 29th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Norris City – August 5th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Flora – August 6th from Noon to 5 p.m.
Students in Cisne and Carmi may schedule appointments directly through their local Horizon Healthcare Clinic.
Hospital officials encourage parents and guardians to take advantage of the free service to ensure students are prepared for the upcoming school year and athletic seasons.
