Frontier Community College is inviting students, alumni, and community members to take part in a special 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday, August 15, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Student Services Parking Lot on the FCC campus.
The tournament will offer three age divisions: junior high (students in sixth through eighth grade), high school (ninth through 12th grade), and an adult division for participants 18 and older. Each team may include up to four players and will compete in a double-elimination format. The entry fee is $60 per team.
Organizers say the event will be a highlight of the college’s ongoing anniversary festivities, providing a fun and spirited way for the community to come together and celebrate half a century of Bobcat pride.
