The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department arrested 51-year-old Charles Phillip Curtner of Odin on Monday morning on a Wayne County warrant.
Curtner was wanted on charges of Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Following his arrest, Curtner was booked into the Wayne County Jail. He was later released on his own recognizance and placed on pretrial release.
Curtner is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Circuit Court on July 7th.
