Several area grade schools have announced registration dates and back-to-school information for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Jasper Grade School will hold registration on Tuesday, July 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Teachers will return for meetings on August 10 and 11, and students will begin classes on Wednesday, August 12th, with a 2:00 p.m. early dismissal.
Geff Grade School will conduct registration on Thursday, July 9th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Horizon Healthcare will be on-site providing school and sports physicals, giving families the opportunity to complete required health examinations before the start of the school year.
New Hope Grade School will offer in-person registration for new and returning students on Monday, July 27th, from noon until 6:00 p.m. Returning students may also register online beginning July 27th through Friday, August 7th. Horizon Healthcare will provide free school and sports physicals during registration. School officials remind families that students must be fully registered before they can begin classes on August 12.
Registration fees at New Hope include a $20 book fee, a $30 technology fee for students in grades 3 through 8, and a $20 sports fee per sport, with a maximum sports fee of $40.
