The Friends For Life Relay Team was recognized during the recent Hamilton/Wayne/White Relay For Life with the Team Excellence Award for its outstanding fundraising efforts.
During the 2025 Relay season, the team raised $12,116 to support the American Cancer Society’s mission to fund cancer research, patient support programs, and lifesaving services.
Led by Team Captain Jennifer Murphy, Friends For Life has consistently ranked among the event’s top fundraising teams for many years.
Relay For Life Event Chair Janice Crow presented the Team Excellence Award to Murphy and members of the Friends For Life team, recognizing their continued dedication to the fight against cancer and their commitment to helping move closer to a cure.
