A Fairfield man has been sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.
59-year-old Michael C. Owen entered a guilty plea Tuesday to one count of Disorderly Conduct, a Class C misdemeanor.
Under the terms of the plea agreement, Owen was placed on one year of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs.
Judge also ordered Owen to have no contact with the three victims named in the case and to take all prescribed medications as directed.
As part of the negotiated plea, two additional counts and one separate case number were dismissed.
