Kieffer Development of Mt. Carmel has announced plans to construct at least one new student housing building on the campus of Frontier Community College, with the possibility of a second building.
Construction is expected to begin within the next 60 to 90 days, with the new housing anticipated to be ready for occupancy by the fall of 2027.
The expansion is designed to accommodate the college’s growing student population, specifically student-athletes, including members of the basketball program.
The new buildings will each feature four apartments and will be constructed just north of the three existing housing units on the Frontier Community College campus.
