Shaun D. Carl, 41, of Fairfield, was arrested Tuesday evening on an outstanding Edwards County warrant for Methamphetamine Trafficking. Carl was initially transported to the Wayne County Jail before being transferred to Edwards County for an appearance in Edwards County Circuit Court.
