The 2026 Heart of America Grazing Conference will be held in Effingham on Wednesday and Thursday, marking Illinois’ first time hosting the five-state event in several years. Highlights include a farm tour at Curt Rincker’s operation, a keynote on cattle genetics and grazing by “cattle coach” Steve Campbell, and sessions on virtual fencing, cropland and bale grazing, and multi-species grazing.
