On Thursday, in Wayne County Circuit Court, Kenneth A. Brooks, 21 of Fairfield, appeared to answer a Class A misdemeanor charge of False Personation. Brooks entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to a term of one year of probation and ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $1,289.00
Kierria Thomas, 37, and Kaprice Hudson, 18, both of Fairfield, appeared in Wayne County Circuit Court and entered guilty pleas to Class A Misdemeanor charges of Retail Theft. Both defendants were sentenced to one year of court supervision and ordered to pay $52.00 restitution to Wal-Mart and banned from their premises for the term of the supervision. They were also ordered to pay an additional $789.00 in fines and court costs each.
