Bradley E. McCulley, 40, of Fairfield was arrested on Monday, July 20th on a Wayne County warrant for Aggravated Assault of a Peace Officer. The warrant stems from an incident on July 7th in which McCulley allegedly attempted to threaten or strike Fairfield Police Department Detective Dane Horton during an arrest. McCulley was also originally charged with Resisting a Peace Officer and Disorderly Conduct. McCulley was issued a notice to appear in court on July 28th and was released.
