Two defendants entered guilty pleas Thursday in Wayne County Circuit Court.
Nineteen-year-old Dominick “DJ” Hanlon of Fairfield pleaded guilty to Battery and Retail Theft.
Hanlon was placed on one year of court supervision, ordered to pay court costs, and ordered to have no contact with the six victims involved in the case.
31-year-old Ronald Mount of Collinsville pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.
Mount was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay court costs. He received credit for four days served in the Wayne County Jail. The court also imposed a stayed 90-day jail sentence, which could be enforced if he violates the terms of his probation.
The probation sentence will run concurrently with Mount’s probation in a Jefferson County drug conviction. He was also ordered to successfully complete the Jefferson County Drug Court program and have no contact with the victim in the case.
