On Tuesday, in Wayne Circuit Court, two men pled guilty to several charges. Dustin N. Robson, 39, of Fairfield, pled guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Driving While License Suspended and was sentenced to a 2-year term of probation. Robson was also given a 90-day stayed jail sentence with credit for 5 days served and ordered to pay a total of $1,045.00 in fines and court costs. In accordance with the plea agreement, charges of Fleeing or Eluding Police and Operation of a Vehicle with Revoked Registration were dropped. Robson had been arrested on Monday evening for violation of a previous pretrial release. Gary D. Bolen, 66, of Shattuc, IL, entered a guilty plea to a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Driving Under the Influence and was sentenced to a term of 1 year of Court Supervision. Bolen was also ordered to pay a total of $1,931.50 in fines and court costs.
