A nationwide recall has been issued for nearly 12.5 million bottles of Rohto Cooling Eye Drops, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The recalled products were sold both individually and in two-packs and include several varieties, including All-in-One, Max Strength, and Optic Glow eye drops.
The FDA has classified the action as a Class II recall, meaning use of the affected products could cause temporary or medically reversible health effects, while the risk of serious adverse health consequences is considered low.
Consumers who have purchased Rohto Cooling Eye Drops are encouraged to check whether their products are included in the recall. Additional information, including affected lot numbers and product details, is available on the manufacturer’s website.
