Terri Vaughan, 61 of Fairfield, passed away at 8:35 AM, Sunday, August 2, 2026, at White County Rehab and Nursing in Carmi. Born on December 8, 1964, in Joliet, IL to Freddie and Patsy (Laird) Vaughan Sr., she had been an apartment complex representative.
Terri is survived by her son Paul Collins III of Fairfield, brothers Freddie (Jamie) Vaughan of Fairfield and Kevin (Deborah) Vaughan of Chatsworth, IL, and a sister Julie (Daniel) Berg of Rutledge, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Patrick Vaughan.
Terry will be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time. Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
