The Fairfield City Swimming Pool is preparing to wrap up its regular public swim season this weekend.
The final day for regular public swimming will be Sunday with pool hours from 1 to 5 p.m.
Previously scheduled private parties will continue as planned after the public season ends. In addition, lap swimming and water fitness classes may continue beyond August 9th. Participants are encouraged to check with pool staff for schedules and additional information.
Before the season concludes, the pool will host TWO final Free Swim events on Saturday. The first free swim will be held from 1pm to 5pm and is sponsored by Lauren Williams, M.D., General Surgeon at Fairfield Memorial Hospital and then from 6pm to 8pm and is being sponsored by Christopher Rural Health Planning Corporation.
