A mobile food distribution event will be held Wednesday, August 26th at the Edwards County Fairgrounds, 90 W. Pine St. in Albion.
The distribution will begin at 10 a.m. and will continue while supplies last.
The event is sponsored by the Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation and the Tri-State Food Bank, a member of Feeding America.
Households must meet income eligibility guidelines to receive assistance. Annual income limits are:
1 person: $31,400
2 people: $35,900
3 people: $40,400
4 people: $44,850
5 people: $48,450
6 people: $52,050
7 people: $55,650
8 people: $59,250
Eligible residents are encouraged to arrive early, as food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies are exhausted.
