Registration will soon open for the 2026 Wayne City Bean Queen Pageant, giving students in the Wayne City School District the opportunity to participate in one of the community’s annual Bean Days traditions.
Contestants must live within the Wayne City School District to be eligible.
This year’s pageant will feature three age divisions:
Little Miss – First and Second Grade
Junior Miss – Sixth through Eighth Grade
Miss – High School
Interviews for contestants are scheduled for Friday, September 18th, with the pageant set for Saturday, September 19th.
Organizers also announced a new start time for this year’s event. The pageant will begin at 3 p.m.
