The Fairfield PaintOut will return for its 15th annual plein air painting festival from Tuesday, September 22nd through Saturday, September 26th.
Artists will once again gather in the Fairfield area to create original works outdoors throughout the multi-day event.
Participating artists are also encouraged to donate a 6-by-6-inch unframed painting for a fundraising auction. Donations are voluntary, with proceeds helping cover PaintOut expenses.
Organizers are currently seeking additional Fairfield-area residents willing to host visiting artists from Tuesday through Friday nights. Hosts are primarily asked to provide a bed and shower, as most lunches and evening meals are provided by PaintOut organizers.
