The Fairfield Community High School Board of Education will meet tonight (Thursday) at 6 p.m. in the FCHS Study Hall.
Updates include; district revenues and expenses, registration and enrollment, CD rates, the start of school and ongoing renovations. The board will also discuss strategic planning sessions tentatively scheduled for August 26 or 27.
Under old business, board members will consider final approval of PRESS Policy 122 following its second reading.
The Fiscal Year 2027 budget will be presented under new business. The board will also consider a resolution to transfer $1 million from Working Cash Bonds to the Capital Project Fund to help pay for current district renovations.
Board members are also scheduled to consider placing the FY27 budget on public review for 30 days.
Following a closed session to discuss personnel, the board could take action on the appointment of an associate girls tennis coach.
