Three Edwards County men are facing felony charges in separate cases filed by Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric St. Ledger.
Keith A. Armstrong, 42, of Albion has been charged with aggravated identity theft and theft under $500 with a prior conviction. Armstrong is scheduled for a preliminary hearing September 19.
Kevin K. Yoke, 45, of Albion has been charged with felony driving on a revoked license. Court records indicate the charge involves a fourth through ninth offense. Yoke is scheduled to make his first court appearance September 15.
Troy Mullins, 50, of West Salem faces charges of aggravated DUI, a third offense, and aggravated driving on a revoked license. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 18.
All three cases remain pending in Edwards County Circuit Court.
